A friend of mine asked how we made this so might as well share it!

First of I needed some cool looking water with a bit more waves than my home fjord.


Like this shot from Øksnes in Finmark.


The background seemed a bit far of in this one and I wanted something more dramatic so I brought in some west coast mountains.



Still the sky wasn’t tha great on this one so..

That’s better! Have several tousands of sky-shots lying around anyways.

Then it was time for Bjørnar the swimmer to do his thing.

Was a pain in the ass to rig that flash out in the cold water btw. The electric amount in it is around 1200W to, so took some time to make sure it wouldn’t fall in the water to..

Then some water for effect.

Bjørnar made this with his hands in the water.
